cobalt-panel-utils software package provides System utilities for Sun Cobalts LCD and LEDs, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cobalt-panel-utils
cobalt-panel-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cobalt-panel-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cobalt-panel-utils *
You will get with cobalt-panel-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
